Elevation Motors is excited to offer an opportunity to join our team! We’re looking for a Front Office Administrator to be the welcoming face and steady hand at our boutique car dealership. This role is key to maintaining our office's organization and ensuring a top-notch client experience.

What You’ll Do
Your responsibilities will include (but aren’t limited to):
- Greeting clients in person and over the phone, ensuring a friendly first impression
- Answering and directing calls, taking messages, and assisting with client scheduling
- Assisting clients during vehicle pick-up and drop-off
- Creating and processing invoices, payments, and receipts
- Handling paperwork for consignment vehicles
- Assisting with deal paperwork and title/registration prep
- Filing costs/invoices for inventory vehicles (COGs)
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipping (FedEx, USPS, transport companies)
- Tracking and organizing vehicle keys, documents, and files
- Assisting with scheduling service appointments in our system (TechMetric)
- Supporting staff with day-to-day admin tasks and special projects
- Maintaining an organized front office
- Occasionally helping with vendor communications
- Being comfortable around our shop dogs
